Government, from ACHRE (Advisory Committee on Human
Radiation Experiments) to USTDA (US Trade and Development
Agency). The Electronic

p. 431 - The National
Food Safety Database,
funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is a
multi-state/agency effort toward a sustainable system of
national food safety databases. It tells who, what,
where, and how--in both English and Spanish.
p. 436 - Reinventing
Government aims at
streamlining the bureaucracy to deliver government
services more effectively and efficiently. This Executive
Order of July 16, 1996 gives agencies "clear authority
and responsibility to make measurable improvements in
mission performance and service delivery to the public
through the strategic application of information
